- I
have done a walk through of 110 Ridgeview
Dr. / 25 Liisa's Lane (Summit) and found it
to be in good repair, clean and without damage
to windows, walls, floors and contents.
- I
agree to be responsible for damages, and to
obey Bylaws of the community. Ie. No loud or
/ and obnoxious noise. Township imposes a $1000.00
fine.
- I
agree to be responsible for the behavior
of my guests, and any damage that may occur.
- I
agree to a maximum of 8 people, unless other
arrangements are made.
- I
agree to return the property in the same
clean way in which we received it. Dishes washed,
floors and carpets vacuumed, garbage bagged
and placed in the box at the road.
- Failing
to following the above rule will result in
a $175.00 cleaning charge to be deducted
from the damage deposit.
- Full
payment must be made to hold a cottage reservation,
or by special arrangements.
- A
$500.00 security deposit is required upon arrival.
- Methods
of payment: Certified Check, Money
Order or Cash. We do not accept
CREDIT CARDS.
